You can create such related dropdowns using Dynamic web-forms.
Yes. I spent part of today trying to figure out if I could do that with MyTaskHelper (it is often the case what I’m thinking of can be done, I just don’t know how to do it). My use would be for company training. Users access a form that allows them to select from a relationship dropdown showing different departments, and the next (dynamic) relationship dropdown (employees) would show only those employees in the selected department.

You mean, if you have two related forms Teams and Players, you want to create third form, which will work like Field Rules (dynamic web-form)?
If so, it sounds very interesting, but not yet possible to do.

Actually, it should be with date. Date format you can control.
I.e. it can be
DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS
or
MM-DD-YY HH:MM:SS
Please, notice that time part are the same.
We selecting time from the nice date & time picker, so it’s not easy to select time in different format. But it can be inputted directly and in most cases should be parsed properly.

The default format is fine for me at this time.
So, by using the date/time field option, your suggesting a user can enter 13:34 and the displayed value will be 13:34:00 in the record?

Thank you for creating this topic. yes, it looks like there is no way to change Time format in MTH now. It is by default HH:MM:SS.
Which format you’d like to use? Because we didn’t had such requests before.

I select the checkbox field but it doesn’t seem to hold. When I test the form the selections are in a single cell and when I go back and look at the form the checkbox field is no longer selected.
Try it yourself. Go into the form. Select the advance options and “Supervisors” for the multiple select dropdown. Click on Preview Form and make a test submission. It will upload all supervisors selected in a single cell. Go back to the form and look in Advanced Options. Supervisors is no longer selected in the multiple select dropdown.
