I have added instructions for two fields. One is a text field, and the instructions display just fine.
The second one is a checkbox field with 10 choices. The description/instructions for users do not display on that field.
I would paste a link to the form, but I’m not sure it won’t become publicly visible and end up being spammed?

The project name is Skills Assessment and the form is HRI Skills Assessment. The field with the problem is Special Computer Skills.

I took a look into your form and I can see the problem.
It shows description fine on Records page if you’ll click on ‘Add New Record’ button. Also it works well if you’ll go to ‘Customize and Integrate’ menu for ‘Form’.
But if you’ll click on ‘Preview Form’ or ‘Direct link’ it will not be shown. But as I see this is most probably due to browser’s scroll at the bottom, it looks like it shows at the very right of the page, but this is not visible area for us.
If you planning to integrate this form most probably it will be fine for you.
We also planning to change this description field to just show text with smaller font at the bottom of the field instead of showing it in ‘yellow box’. So it will be fixed in any way soon.
Hopefully this is not a big problem for you now, until we’ll change this description behavioun soon.

I already have this form linked on my website and this is not a big problem. I just wondered if I had dome something incorrectly.
