When i put the code on other website just to search database data for a user, it shows search option according to fields of the database but it also shows all existing data of the database at bottom of the search panel. how is it possible to let user only use the search panel and it will show only the specific data of the user what the user is searching, not all data ??

nice, thanks but there is a problem still now. i just tried with a new form in my account. it shows me unnecessary fields on top of my specific searched data, also it shows all fields in the drop down list…
