exporting and importing data from and into excell

Question:

I like the option importing and exporting from excell files into and out of the database system!

I was wondering if it would be possible to export a ’ selection’ of the records into an excell spreadsheet.
For example, after using the search options, you get a useful selection and want to export it to an excell spreadsheet

so far i seems only possible to export the
whole database, rather than the selected record.

Hi, Christien

Thank you for your great feedback about our database application, we very appreciate it!

We are planning to extend our Search capabilities with saving searche results. It will allow us to introduce something called Views.
This is where it were requested

So when we will be able to work with views it will allow us to make such kind of exports as you need. You will be able to find some records and your database and export only this result records.
