And how can i use url option to a real link, and alias to url?

Now you can’t copy forms to another projects. See post Backup database with web forms

i found the url option and work fine, but i will more :)
in many forums can link as alias exampe this syntax: [L:http://google.com]google[/L] here show google as link, not the url, how can i do that?
and where can i vote for the features?
