I suggest a function “FIND DUPLICATES”, based upon the user’s choice of column. Example: “FIND DUPLICATE” in column “NAME”, where there are more than one record with identical names.

Quick note about Find Duplicates feature, – it will look for duplicates in MTH database not in uploaded new import file.
If you want to check for duplicates in this file you have to use Excel features, if Excel doesn’t have such you are free to create new form in MTH, uplaod this file and check then.
