First of all, difference in terms between dabbledb or InfoDome in MTH:
The database in MTH is called the Project. The table is a Form. One project can have many forms, i.e. the Database have many tables. You’ll be able to link forms using relationships.
To migrate from the dabbledb (or InfoDome) to MTH, please, follow these easy steps:
- Required steps
1. Backup you dabbledb database- 2. Signup for MTH Trial. We offer a 25% discount for dabbledb users in case of buying 1 year unlimited access. So it would cost you only $ 175.00 USD per year.
- 3. Unarchive your dabbledb backup. It contains CSV files.
- 4. Import your dabbledb CSV tables to MTH one by one
- 5. If you had no luck importing your table this is most probably due to limitations on a Free Trial account, it’s 10000 records, 3 forms, 100 columns/fields, 30 users, 250Mb file storage, 3 charts. If you believe there is another issue, please, contact us.

6. During import all forms will be created and you’ll be redirected to the Records page, where you’ll be able to Search, Sort, Filter, Group your table, invite team members, create Views etc.
Basically this is all you can do in dabble. But in MTH managing form (table) structure can be done only on the Forms menu.
So, to Edit fields, add or remove new Forms, setup relationships, field rules etc, go to the Forms menu. - We do not ask your column types during import, so you’ll need to adjust your field types immediately after import.
