How do I stop mytaskhelper emailing the account every time I insert a new record?

You can find this option in Widget Builder, in the Form Builder option at the right side.
By checking unchecking ’ Receive email notifications about new records added to my database ’ option you enabling or disabling email notifications from the MTH.
