How to reorder form fields
Sometimes when you've already build your database you may need to change the form. For example, you will need to change fields order, to put email field to the top of the form. You are free to do it in Form Builder. If you already have any records you will not loose your data. So you shouldn't worried about the safety of your data.
To change fields order you need to go to the Form Builder and drag-and-drop fields using drag-and-drop icon on the right side of the field, near the delete link. When you've done it, feel free to go to your Records and check the records table, it will have the new order of columns, but with the same data, so you are still on the go.
Shared database search
If you have any integrated database you already have built in search and sort in it. If you shared your data it is obvious that anyone can sort it and search for needed records. This is why we integrated exactly the same sort and search functionality as in the Database widget. Only one difference is that when users sort your database they will not save records order, in the next session it will be the same. It makes sense because the order of the data should only be controllable by database owners.
