In this HowTo we will show you how to customize previously created Customer Satisfaction Survey
Choose Form Background Color and Text Color by licking on "Pick" link

Choose Width and Height 100%
Set margins value to "10px", Enable scrollbars "auto" and Border "yes"
Upload logo of your company, it will be shown on the top right side of the form
Click "Update widget settings" to see your changes in action
