We are going to integrate our Customer Satisfaction database. Another one example can be Companies Database. Using Widget Builder you can integrate New Company widget to your site. And Companies Widget to another page. On the first page you will be collecting your users companies and on another page you will share database.

How to allow users to delete records from your integrated database

Database Widget allows you to enable your records Deletion from integrated Database Widget. When this option selected each row of your record will have delete link at the end of the row. So any user will be able to delete it.

How to hide columns of your integrated database

In most cases you don't want to share all your database data. Most obvious field example is users email - this is private information, user submitted it only for you to be able to contact them. Also, if we will come back to our companies online database example, you don't want to share some private companies information, like email/address, number of employers etc. MyTaskHelper.com allows you to hide fields from integrated records widget, just unselect it and it will not be shown on your site.

How to customize your database

Records Widged customization options are the same as for New Record Widget. You able to Upload Logo, change background color, text color, margins, enable scrollbars.

How to view database records

You may notice that each of your integrated database row contain first column as a number. The number of each row is linked. And if you click on it you can see your record in more detailed view
