Online Contact Us web form widget sample

Every site need a Contact Us form or Mailing List. If you decided to create own website or blog and you need contact form or registration form, use free service My Task Helper.

With MyTaskHelper you can create contact form with easy. Add fields types such as text (single line, multiple lines), photo, video. You can create and submit form to your website or blog in few minutes. See creation steps:

1. Login to MyTaskHelper;(for test account login: test; password: test)

2. Create new project: "Contact form"

3. Create new form "Contact form"

Now you can add fields to your form 4. For adding fields you must enter field name and select field type
